Shipping, Returns & Legal

NM Thera was born from one moment — a little girl asked to hold a hand, and the answer had to be no. That small refusal became eight years of building.

Shipping Policy

Hand SOKY is available now.

Domestic US shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $149. Expedited options available at checkout.

International shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $499. Expedited options available at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Return & Refund Policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If sizing or comfort isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full exchange or refund. No questions asked.

To initiate a return, email hello@nmthera.com with your order number and reason. We'll provide return instructions within 1 business day.

Research Access (SKU-000) purchases are non-refundable due to subsidized pricing. Exchanges for sizing are honored.

Privacy Policy

NM Therapeutics, LLC collects only the personal information necessary to fulfill orders, communicate about your purchase, and operate our Research Access and Co-Development programs. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information collected through Research Access and Co-Development programs is anonymized before contributing to the SOKY Commons. Participants retain full control over their identifiable data.

SOKY is manufactured from skin-safe silicone in ISO 13485 certified facilities. The product is latex-free, BPA-free, and designed for repeated skin contact.

SOKY is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new care routine, especially if you have pre-existing skin conditions, circulatory issues, or are pregnant.
