Application & Intake

Submit your application. If selected, complete a brief intake survey about your background, conditions, and current care routines.

Receive Your SOKY

Your glove ships with the same batch as all other SKUs. You begin the five-step ritual on your own schedule.

Three Check-Ins Over 90 Days

At Day 14, Day 45, and Day 90, complete a short structured feedback form (~15 minutes each). Document your experience honestly.

Your anonymized outcome data is contributed to the SOKY Commons — shaping protocols, informing product development, and helping future users.
