The SOKY Ritual — Five Steps.
Every product. Always this order. The ritual never changes — it’s the shared language of portable immersion care.
1
Don
Fold the cuff inward — into itself. Slide the glove on, each finger fully into its sheath.
2
FILL
Hold the seal. Bring the opening under the tap. Fill to your preferred level.
3
SEAL
Ball your fist — if the glove swells, you’re sealed. The cuff tightens with pressure.
4
Soak
15–20 minutes. Walk. Read. Rest. The ritual moves with you.
5
DRAIN
Slide off, pour out, rinse, air dry. A clean exit invites return.
Don — The Critical First Step
The cuff must always be folded inward — into itself to form the watertight/airtight seal. This step is non-intuitive. With the cuff folded, pinch and guide your hand in steadily until the opening rests flush around the wrist — no kinks, no gaps.
Clasped hands — seal holds under compression
The ritual of soaking has existed in every human culture that left records. The Romans, the Japanese, the Turks, the Koreans — they all understood something that modern medicine largely forgot: warm water, time, and attention are among the most powerful therapeutic forces available. SOKY is not an invention. It is a remembering — made portable.
After Your Soak — Care Instructions
Rinse with clean water after every session. Air dry fully before storing — never store damp. Store unfolded with cuff extended. Avoid petroleum-based products or bleach. Inspect port and cuff before each session. Do not use with open wounds without consulting your healthcare provider. With proper care, SOKY is built for 90+ sessions.
