Free Shipping:

Domestic: Free standard shipping on orders over $350.

International: Free standard shipping on orders over $500.

1.2 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing includes verifying your payment, preparing your items, and packaging your order for shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
1.3 Shipping Times

Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance but typically range between 7–21 business days.
1.4 Shipment Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
1.5 Delays or Issues with Tracking

Please note that carriers may take 1–2 business days to update shipment statuses.

1.6 Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. NM Thera is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale Items: Kits/Sets, accessories, and international purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Customized or Special Orders: Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
2.3 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

Email hello@nmthera.com with your order number and reason for return.

You will receive instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us.
2.4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2.5 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@nmthera.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
4. Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at hello@nmthera.com as soon as possible.

Cancellations: If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Changes: Changes to orders, including shipping address updates, can only be made before the order is processed.
