Where do you ship?

NM Thera ships to all 50 states domestically and internationally. For more information on international orders outside of the U.S. please contact us at hello@nmthera.com. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50 domestic and $100 international . Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. 

 

When will my order ship and how long does it take?

Once you place your order, we process (which takes 1-2 days) and then we ship. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

My tracking hasn’t updated, did my order not go through?

The carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at hello@nmthera.com and we will do our best to track it for you. 
 
What’s your return policy? 
All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order. To place a return, please reach out to hello@nmthera.com. Your order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Kits/Sets, accessories, and international purchases outside of the U.S. are final sale.
